During 2009-2010 the geographic territory has included California, Florida, Mississippi, Nevada, Oregon, Texas,and Utah
Our clients range from Private Equity funds which own companies that have real estate, to financial institutions that need an evaluation on a specific property,, to individual investors who require an independent evaluation of a potential investment to IT start-up companies that we have assisted in office lease negotions.
We are typically paid an advisory fee for our services
